Co-Broke Policy

COASTLANTIC HOME BUILDERS, invites local broker participation on all our homes. We offer a 2.5% co-broke fee. To ensure payment of this fee, please follow the guidelines listed below when registering your buyers.
Agent must accompany buyer on their first visit to our models or spec homes. At that time, buyer will be registered with their agent/broker. Phone in registry cannot be accepted.

Registration in agent/brokers name remains active for 30 days. This may be extended if additional time is needed to write a contract.

The 2.5% fee is normally paid at the time of closing and is based on the contract purchase price, excluding lot premiums, options & additions.
