PRESIDENT
Sam CrouchÂ
Sam has been involved in real estate construction for more than 20 years. Born in Bath, England and graduating from the University of Wales, Sam’s first post-college job was Sales and Marketing Management for a large-scale overseas property company based in Bristol, England. This was his springboard into international real estate markets and it gave him experience in building and marketing homes in many countries including Spain, Cyprus and Brazil; as well as the United States. He has spent the past 20 years in Florida building and developing homes and communities alongside some of the region’s best builders and developers. From vacation homes close to Disney to high-end customs on the East coast. His European influences can be seen and felt throughout the design and build of all Coastlantic Homes. Sam is a licensed Real Estate Agent and a Certified Building Contractor in the state of Florida.

VICE PRESIDENT
Denise CrouchÂ
Born in Syracuse, NY, Denise is the lending and finance expert, but her passion is design and interior design. Having spent her early career in home improvement and remodeling, she has a great eye for style and is a pro decorator and home designer. For the past 10 years, Denise has been involved in the mortgage banking and finance industry for some major national brand banks. She’s skilled and knowledgeable in lending and mortgage, and typically has a program that syncs up with most buyer’s financial needs. Denise is a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator.

Sam and Denise are married with children and live in Palm Coast, FL. They both enjoy the beach, travel, and spending time with their family and friends.
