PRESIDENT
Sam CrouchÂ
Sam has been involved in real estate construction for more than 20 years. Born in Bath, England Sam’s first post-college job was Sales and Marketing Management for a large-scale overseas property company based in Bristol, England. This was his springboard into international real estate markets and it gave him experience in building and marketing homes in many countries including Spain and Cyprus; as well as the United States. He has spent the past 20 years in Florida building and developing homes and communities alongside some of the region’s best builders and developers. From vacation homes close to Disney to high-end customs on the East coast. Sam is a Certified Building Contractor in the state of Florida and licensed Real Estate Agent.

VICE PRESIDENT
Denise CrouchÂ
Born in Syracuse, NY, Denise's passion is design and interior design. Having spent her early career in home improvement and remodeling, she has a great eye for style and is a pro decorator and home designer. You can see her talents in all the homes we have built over the years. Her supportive and patient approach when designing homes with our customers sets her apart; and the award winning designs she has created speak for themselves. Denise has also been involved in the mortgage banking and finance industry for some major national brand banks, so she’s skilled and knowledgeable in lending and mortgage, and understands how important staying on budget is for all future owners.

Sam and Denise are married with children and live in Palm Coast, FL. They both enjoy golfing, the beach, travel, and spending time with their family and friends.
